Measure the bust at the fullest part. Measure all around the body, total circumference. The tape should be parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure the waist where the body bends, at the narrowest part. The tape should be parallel to the floor.
Hips
Measure the hips at the fullest part, usually around the seat. The tape should be parallel to the floor.
